1. How soon can your engineers get out on a job?
Our experts can typically meet your scheduling needs. If your need is to have our expert on site sooner than the normal scheduling period, we can do so for an additional fee. Please let us know your specific requirements when you phone/fax/email a job to us, so we can be advised of your particular needs and give you the appropriate fee structures.

2. Will your engineers travel for jobs outside the Denver Metro Area?
Yes, our experts will travel anywhere in Colorado, and anywhere in the United States. Our billing for travel time will depend upon the location and the scope of the job.

We have a licensed engineer in many states throughout the U.S.

4. What is the turnaround time for your reports, and/or expert opinions?
Our reports are typically turned around to you in 21 days or less. Verbal expert opinions may be faster than this time frame. We also can provide rush services if your turn around time needs to be faster than our normal schedule. Please advise us immediately on how soon you need your report, so we can advise you of the additional fees for rush services.

We do not post our fees on this website; however, we are happy to provide our customers with rate sheets upon request, and/or customized services.

9. Do you offer emergency or after-hours services?
Our office hours are from 7:30am to 5:30pm MST, Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am to 5:00pm on Friday. If you need to reach us after our normal business hours on an urgent job-related concern, please contact Craig Sellers at 303-204-8947 for assistance with these matters.
