Description:
In this experiential class you will learn not only about the methodology of a successful subrogation case by examining case studies, but you’ll be guided through our laboratory testing processes live in action! Demonstrations will include laboratory testing techniques for determining causes of damage and will involve photography, low-magnification analysis, static pressure testing and metallurgy via water, mechanical, and electrical tests. Develop your understanding on the procedures associated with proper evidence collection and storage, as well as the cause, effects, and prevention of evidence spoliation. Identify pitfalls in product liability cases, how they can be avoided, and discuss legal aspects of liability cases.
